Meet Our Physicians
Dr. Chad Tyler is an American-trained, Osteopathic Family Physician. After completing his training, he moved to Buffalo, New York where he practiced primary care medicine and surgical procedures in the inpatient (hospital) and outpatient (office) settings prior to moving to Georgina. He is an outdoorsman, fitness enthusiast, and self-proclaimed “movie buff”.
Dr. Hameeda Charania has received her Medical Degree and a Masters in Health Services at Dalhousie University and completed her Post Graduate Training at Queens University. She has 3 years experience working in an inpatient (hospital) and outpatient (office) at the Cancer Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She speaks English, Urdu, Hindi, Gujrati.
Dr. Samantha Matin completed her medical degree at the University of Ottawa. In 2017, she graduated from the University of Toronto’s post-graduate Family Medicine program. She trained primarily in Newmarket at Southlake Regional hospital. She is currently practicing all aspects of family medicine, with a special interest in women’s health and paediatrics.
Dr. Sutton completed her medical school training at Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS. She then moved back to Ontario and studied at the University of Toronto, completing her family medicine residency in 2016. Dr. Sutton is interested in all aspects of family medicine, with additional training in Palliative Care.
Dr. Elbert Manalo was recently covering for Dr. Sutton over her maternity leave, and he has decided to join our practice full time! He is a graduate of University of Calgary medical school and University of Toronto residency training. He has a keen interest in global health, having done volunteer medical work at a rural community health center in the Phillipines. He enjoys tennis, playing the guitar, and going on hikes.
Dr. Mihai Sfranciog
Dr. Mihai Sfranciog completed his Medical Degree at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. He went on to study at the University of Toronto, where he trained in the Family Medicine residency program in Newmarket, primarily at Southlake Hospital. He is interested in all aspects of general family medicine. He speaks English and Romanian. Outside of medicine, his interests include technology and athletics.
